You will be informed of any changes in fee prior to incurring any charges in addition to the fees quoted here. Fees are for design only - clients will be responsible for purchase of basic stock photography if required for use in designs. After receipt of finished promo material, the client retains any and all rights to the final product, except as it pertains to use for portfolio purposes for this site.
